kennel cough.?

My two dogs have kennel cough not picked up by being in kennels. Does anyone know of any natural remedies that can help. They have been the veterans and are on antibiotics. What cough medicine can be given to the dogs? Thanks for your help

honey syrup lemon sugar can be given to relieve cough, I did this for my 5 week old Rottie years has had kennel cough. It contains vitamin C and honey. I have mine from Tesco costs 98p know how painful it can be from my own experience the best of luck
