Natural Remedies Knee Pain
What is the best remedy for pain of arthritis in the knee? Really that normally come and go?
I can not determine which what I'm doing makes the pain go away for days after the attacks of a few days. I therapy, but appealed. I put the hot pad / pack warm in my lower back and I now use a little cream-based natural treatment ginger, virgin coconut oil and mint that seems to have stopped the pain so far. I do not know if it's just the nature of arthritis and then reappears at a given time and I do not know if what I'm doing now is what makes the pain stop.
